Please be guided to the instructions as follows:

1. The reservation fee is non refundable. Should this agreement be canceled or pre-terminated by the Franchisee for any reason, any payments made by FRANCHISEE to the FRANCHISOR shall be forfeited in favor of the FRANCHISOR.
2. Ocular period: 3-4 weeks ( depending on the schedule)
3. Grand opening: 3-4 weeks after ocular( depending on the schedule)
4. Processing time for email and other requests : 7 working days
5. Training: it will be held during the grand opening.

Others:

• 30% renewal fee after 3 years
• No warranty on equipment and cart
• payment should be settled 1 week before the grand opening. otherwise your grand opening date will be moved.
